Head on up to the Land of Paul Bunyan and 10,000 lakes. They now recognize Delaware. ( but we don't recognize them 😢)

I wonder what the asterisk is for next to "Delaware"? No explanation on the page.

Look in the bottom right hand side of the lower box. New for 2015

My guess is, it means, no reciprocity with Delaware. Delaware does no recognize Minn. permits

Looking at the specific table and the last cell showing "*added in 2015" ... That Minnisota recognizes all the states in that table and the ones marked with an * have been recently added this year.. 2015.
