After 15 years of running this program, they find it did not solve one case.

After 15 years of running this program, they find it did not solve one case.

Now if they would realize that their gun control program is not working and let law abiding citizens carry firearms.  I have to visit my parents in Elkton and have to leave my firearm home because you cannot even take it into that state unless you are going shooting somewhere.  To and from the range/hunting spot that is bull crap.
