Received notification today that HR.986 is up to 190 Co-sponsors in the US House of Representatives.

Attached a copy of the bill and list of co-sponsors.

Of course nobody from Delaware is signed on.

This bill or one of it's 3 other sister bills, S. 498, HR.923, or HR. 402, would make the need for costly multiple state permits unnecessary.
