Hello all,
Been checking out this forum for a while gathering some very useful information on carry laws in Delaware. I turned in application on 10/10/15, and am happy to announce that I received it in the mail yesterday 02/04/16. Very long process, my buddy lives in PA and it took him less then an hour, DE needs to get with the program. My next step will obviously be PA non-resident. I'm happy to be part of the community, and as always, carry safe.
