DE CCW Expired
« on: February 26, 2016, 09:33:59 PM »
Hey everyone. Quick yes or no question, but feel free to add more. I know this is probably a repeat question, but I'm running out the door in a minute. Is the renewal process the same for both licenses that have expired within the last year and ones that are about to expire? Thanks!!

Submit your application for renewal. that should keep you permit alive, if you permit expired in the first half of 2015 you are probably dead in the water and will have to start over. Your best bet is to talk to the Prothonataries Office  in your county. for a real answer.

Thank you, Sir. It has expired. I'm going to submit for renewal though. I can't see having to go through the process again. There wouldn't be any reasonable justification, I wouldn't think. I'll let everyone know how it turns out.

BTW, it's been expired over six months, but under a year.
