Mississippi Now "Constitutional Carry"
« on: April 15, 2016, 10:27:32 PM »
Governor Bryant signed legislation to allow a holstered concealed handgun to be carried without a license. This makes Mississippi the 10th state and the 4th in the past year to go so called "constitutional carry"

Even though most states have always allowed open carry, up until 2003, every state except Vermont either banned or licensed concealed carry.

Just to see how far we have come, there are now more "Constitutional Carry" states than "may issue".

Let's hope this continues.

Great news, I'm headed to MS for some dove shooting later this year.
Endeavor to persevere
