As of a few hours ago, Townsend is claiming on his FB page that they are not going forward with SB60. Seems to be some confusion about this. The Republican candidate for Congress, Hans Reigle, just posted on his page that SB60 is alive and well.

Unless Townsend pulls the bill it is still alive. Hans is correct. The bill in in a homeland committee and can still be brought to the floor.

I'm just going by how he has answered questions on his FB page. The bill was first introduced a year ago and has been stalled since then.

Brian Townsend is a complete moron. The very sad thing about this is people will vote for him again. We are doomed with dummies like him in office. I heard on FoxNews that he has  pulled he bill. I guess he could not take the heat that this thing brought to him. I just wonder when the good people of DE will vote the likes of him out of office.
