When biking (I commute on a bike through Wilmington) I carry my LCP at 9:00 in a Tommy's Gun Pack. Small fanny pack that has a quick-open action that you can work with your left hand. I keep it at 9:00 so it doesn't interfere with my leg action, but I can sit up, pull the pack around to 12:00 with one hand, then pop it open.
