3rd Circuit Court rules 2 amendment rights not to be denied for minor crimes

In a very important decision, the 3rd Circuit Federal Court has ruled "en banc" that 2nd amendment rights can't be taken for minor crimes.

Just Bill:
Yet in Cal. they are denied to most law abiding citizens.  On aliens and criminals can have guns.
