Didn't appear to address how to limit online or out-of-state purchases. Cabelas is probably monitoring the introduction and progress of this bill so they will know when to double their ammo supply shelves.

Someone forgot to tell this guy that Pennsylvania has one of the largest, if not the largest, hunting populations in the US. He may legislate himself out of a job.
