Wife and I submitted applications on 2/16. Got home tonight and found letters of approval in the mail! 23 days from submission to approval! Just have to submit our ccdw course paperwork. I'll update when the actual permits arrive.

So, got approval letter on Saturday and dropped off CCDW course paperwork yesterday morning. Went to the mail today and mine and my wife's permits are here! We're official!

Congrats. The application-to-approval times appear to have improved remarkably. More staffing? Improved work procedures? Luck? Trump effect?

Glad to hear you got it so quickly. I can't imagine NCC has improved. It was at least 6 months.
