legislature
« on: June 14, 2018, 10:46:52 AM »
As their final days are passing for this session, I worry that one of those midnight sessions will spell doom for our Constitutional rights.  With our 1 party system, sneaky is one of their best things.

There's alot of talk about the same on FB DGR page.  Some of them are going down and staying as long as they are in session.

"...at a gun-control rally on Wednesday, the bill's sponsor, Sen. Bryan Townsend, D-Newark, said the legislation deserves a vote from the full Senate, even if that means suspending legislative rules."

Suspension of the Rules
A majority of all of the members of a Chamber may vote to take an action that otherwise would be prohibited by a rule of that Chamber.
Just a smelly deplorable dreg of society clinging to God and guns.

As I said....they passed the bump stock bill and 163 has or will be revived.  That is the dangerous one.

The so called “red flag” bills are as bad or worse than SB163. The Democrats in this state are out of control.
