Just checked ans 31 bills introduced in the DE House and 6 in te DE Senate.  Nothing on firearms.

They also released the list of committees & their members, that I saw on the DE Gun Rights FB group.

There may not be any anti-gun bills INTRODUCED yet, But there are bills being made ready, and one is to ban all semi-automatic guns. I'm sure there are some of you that carry or own revolvers, but I also believe at least 90% of EDC weapons are semi-automatic. So in effect that is a GUN BAN!

NO SEMI-AUTOMATIC PISTOLS, NO SEMI-AUTOMATIC RIFLES, NO SEMI-AUTOMATIC SHOTGUNS....THAT IS A GUN-BAN!

No, I'm Talking in Delaware. But the Anti-Gunners are everywhere, especially The First State.

Thanks, SR9.  I was wondering if this type if law may be a new focus for the antis.  To see a similar type of bill pop up elsewhere makes me think that it may be an expanded national effort with a new path to eliminate firearms.  We do have to concentrate our efforts here in Delaware.  I think somm lawyers will make money with this.

For what it's worth, I sent a notice to the NRA-ILA about the possibility of a semi-auto ban here in Delaware to give them a heads-up.
