Transplant from PA
« on: April 30, 2019, 06:44:10 PM »
I have had a Pennsylvania permit since 1980. I have been in Delaware since June 2016 and I finally decided to get my Delaware permit. I did the class and I am off to the Background check on Thursday. PA was a breeze Delaware not so much. How long until you know one way or another?

Depending on where you live, usually 2 to 4 months.

Put all my paperwork in May 2. Now I just have to wait.

Congrats!

I had my PA CCW since 1985, before I moved to DE.

Got my DE CCW in 1991 (of course got my non-Resident PA then), to say DE CCW was harder (especially back then), would be a HUGE understatement!
