Renewals & covid- I think I screwed up

So, I thought I had another year on my card, for some reason, not sure why. Anyway, it expired in 5/31 this year. And now it is obviously after 6/1/20. Even with the covid extension, I’m screwed aren’t I? So now do I need to start from new again?

Why don’t you call the Prothonotary office to find out?

I had a friend that had a permit that expired a YEAR ago.  Siad just get it in and hope for the best. Dont know the outcome yet
