The Texas State Senate today passed Constitutional Carry.  It now goes to Governor Abbott who said he will sign and make Texas the 21st state to not require a permission slip to conceal carry.  In 2003 it was one state ( Vermont).

NRA and other pro gun groups should really put out the word that even though no license is required, anyone carrying should be strongly encouraged to get training.  I don’t care how long you have been around guns, you will be amazed how much you will learn from a good certified trainer.
