NEW TACTICS BEING USED BY SCAMMERS
« on: November 02, 2021, 02:58:12 PM »
I don't know about you, but I seem to be getting more scam emails lately. Usually I just go to the bottom and click on the "unsubscribe" button and that gets rid of them in a short time. But recently I've noticed that the "Unsubscribe" button doesn't work on most of the emails I get.
Some of you have the ability to block scam email and some don't. For those of you that don't, the only solution is to either delete them or send them to your spam file where they will automatic delete in a certain amount of time.

Good Luck

In my (half-)vast experience in corporate IT and local PC repair, clicking on anything in those Emails is a mistake: it tells them you saw them, and you get more mail.
Just ignore them. Delete them.

I had my land line changed over to Comcast Xfinity a few years ago and they have a excellent phone set up with online call list and have expanded their old 25 call ban list considerably.
Makes blocking call numbers "easy peasy".
