This would be state news, and a step in the right direction

I certainly hope this gets traction.

Unfortunately, even we win, it will not happen before this year's elections.   Swift justice is not very swift.

Elections are posted well in advance and there is in my mind, no reason that anyone that wants to vote, can't vote at the polls. If there is a problem for someone in getting to the polls, it should be their responsibility to contact the Election Board in their county to have it worked out.  I am totally against mail-in ballots and the ballot harvesting as seen in the 2020 election.  The truth of the illegal ballots is coming out and the Republicans are justly being proven right.
Mail-in ballots are only designed for one reason, and that is cheating and election fraud.

Yes, we all know why "they" want them.  They almost lost seats last time, so bring out the suitcases full of ballots.

You rarely (if ever) see conservative Democrats, but Liberal Republicans (RINO)
are practically the norm. Constitutional conservatives from either party just
don't make it onto the ballot, so we can vote for them. Until we get conservatively
minded constitutionalists elected to public office, many of the issues breaking
the back of the U.S., such as voter reform, secure boarders, balanced budgets,
will largely go uncorrected.

When you have extended one party rule as we do here, there is little the other side can do except complain.  We need to change that, but I don't see that happening in Delaware.  Too many gimmees and uneducated voters in NCC.   Dems, libs, etc., don't listen to conservative TV or radio, and the News Urinal only covers one side.  Schools don't teach history, and mostly gush crap.  I write my elected officials and send letters to the paper, but those all get lost or ignored.

I think the big problem with mail-in voting is chain of custody.  The mail man is not an election official and could change or lose your vote.  Then you have ballot harvesting.  It's ok to express your voting reasons for this candidate or that one, but to actually handle and gather another person's ballot should be a felony.  Even worse is Ballot Boxes. unbelievable anyone in their right mind would put up a mailbox on a street and expect others to put their ballots into it.  I do not condone this, but if one were to pop up locally, it would probably and accidentally be destroyed by spontaneous combustion.
