A U.S. appeals court ruled Wednesday that California's ban on the sale of semiautomatic weapons to adults under 21 is unconstitutional.

Here we go again.  A ninth district pro 2nd amendment decision.   Again next step will be to have an “en banc” review and it will be shot down.   

Just like concealed carry and magazine bans.   

Until the US Supreme Court rules on these, it
means nothing.

Let’s see what court does with the New York case.

I agree, not time to cheer yet.  The full 9th Circus is still mostly lib/prog. so the Constitution means little.
