SB 6 Magazine Ban
« on: June 17, 2022, 01:42:56 PM »
Did anyone notice that in SB 6 that Delawareans have from the effective date of the law until June 30, 2022 to turn in there standard capacity magazines ("high" capacity), but the law doesn't take affect until 60 days after it is signed into law. How then will people be able to legal comply with this law? I don't see how any of these jokers are possibly fit to govern when they can't even figure out how to work out dates. This seems like a possibly avenue to pursue to get this taken down sooner.

That's an older version of what was signed into law. This is the final. Who wants to help me make some very expensive magazines?
