My lady lives in MD and voted today in the democrat primary. There was a section that had 10 positions up for vote and a list of candidates. There was a notice at the top of the section that you had to vote for no more than 5 each of male and female candidates. In other words, you could not vote for six or more of the same sex. This is a violation of voting rights. They cannot tell a person how to vote or who to vote for or who not to vote for. This would be shot down if challenged in court.
