Delaware CCW Application Update

As someone who works within the Delaware legal system, I frequently find myself pulling forms off of the Delaware Courts website.  I noticed yesterday that the application for new or renewal CCW permits has not been updated to remove the "reason for application" box to come into line with the US Supreme Court's holding in Bruen.  Anyone else find that odd?

I suppose you could now leave it blank but they have been accepting “self defense” for years now so really no change.

I do wonder if the 5 references in your county would now be unconstitutional as it is a problem for new residents and I doubt that the courts would think that law abiding citizens lose a fundamental right when they move to another state.

Also it’s probable that not accepting non resident licenses or non resident applications is unconstitutional.
