Did you ever stop to think just how many laws there are on the books, just in Delaware? And yet, all day every day we pay people to go to Dover to try to think of more laws to enact. When will enough, be enough?

I always tell people nothing is legal,  it just hasn't been made illegal yet.  We pay for the pleasure of free will

So I'm off on how the timing goes for it to become law because it's been 10 days but they are out of session.  I also don't know if that means 10 session days,  10 business days,  or a combination.  Still not even sure if carney will sign it but it's gonna happen regardless
