A portion of the revenge “carry killer” in Maryland due to go into effect Sunday, October 1 has been TEMPORARILY halted by an Obama appointed judge.
These parts are put on hold:
No carry on private property
No carry bars and restaurants
No carry at demonstrations
The NO CARRY portions of SB1 related to
Government buildings, schools etc. remsin until outcome of trial.
