The Fifth circuit has struck down the ghost gun rule.  Says only the legislature can enact such laws.  So, my 80% guns are safe, not legal, safe....etc. until the next court rules.

Yup! There's also an injunction in place against Delaware's ghost gun law.

Anyone know off top if 80% ghosts are grandfathered if u show proof of purchase date? Or quick link to law so I can read?

The law does NOT grandfather these items.  There was a grace period to destroy or turn them in in to authorities.   The law bans making your own firearm.  Period. 

I believe that enforcement of the law has been held up by the courts pending a trial however. Not sure where this stands.

I though the grace period, was to get serial numbered?,  as a option.
