Maryland Handgun Purchase License Overturned

The Handgun Purchase Permit  mandate has been overturned by the 4th Federal Court of Appeals. This is the HQL or Handgun Qualification License that Maryland has required since 2013 to purchase a handgun.  The training has to be done every five years. Fingerprinting and live shooting is required. Court rules that these impediments to acquiring a handgun are unconstitutional.

This is huge as the Delaware Legislature is hell bent to inflict this on Delaware in January.

Does not matter, the DE idiots will do it too.  It will take more years and $$$$$ to overturn it.

I agree the deep blue legislation will ram it through regardless.  But it is good news
