California Non-resident carry ban falls

Along with New York City realizing their policy will fail on court, California is now under a preliminary injunction to stop its practice of denying non residents carry permits

Can the Delaware ban be next?  Along wit the requirement that the affidavits be from your county.  Even New Jersey and Maryland issue out of staters.

I doubt i would carry in CA anyhow.  Their laws are so screwy anything you think is legal probably isn't.

Delaware wil probably say that because open carry is legal without a license that they can restrict concealed carry until you are a resident.

Problem is that many even most will not feel comfortable open carrying.
