Went to the Kent County Prothonotary Office in the KC Court house and asked for Adriana, She came out and gave me my corrected DECCW which now is good to May 31, 2015. She was really great to speak with and very curious.

FYI: my boss said you do not have to submit any references when you renew. He said to fill out the renewal application and get the new passport-type photos and send them off with a check for $65 made out to "Prothonotary". That's it.
And whatever you do, don't let your permit expire.
