Do you have to file 10 complete days after your ad is run in the paper??? My scenario is this...My ad started on 3/17, I filed paperwork today 3/26, counting the 17th (the first day it was run till today the 26th) today was the 10th day or do you have to wait a complete 10 days and file the 11th day...I hope that doesnt jam me up...Any help will be appreciated!
