Utah non-resident permit

Why even bother getting a De. permit if you have a Utah permit? According to the De state police and the AG's office, Delaware honors the Utah non-resident permit

only if your not a res of delaware. if you are a res of delaware you must have a delaware  permit. do your home work. a lot of people make the same mistake.
