wow... that is a lot of requirements

I moved from FL... now my FL ccw is no good in DE  :'(

could someone recommend me a certified firearms instructor to help me on the whole process? I'm located in Wilmington

I thought FL and DE were reciprical? Is It because your a DE resident now and have to take a DE class?

Delaware residents need a DE permit to carry.
Reciprocity does not apply for DE residents: even if you have a permit from Florida, the Delaware address on your driver's license invalidates it.

Exactly, and I found out about it while buying a PM9 in Delaware. I'm glad someone mentioned or I could have been in trouble  :)
