The unbelievable has happened, I finally got my CDW license!!!!

I am now sure that anything can happen in this world, even getting a DE CDW license! The whole process took 6 months!!!
I mean, technically I know I am in Slower Delaware, south of the canal, but this is indisputable evidence that the whole state should just be called "Slow Delaware". Instead of the blue hen, I nominate the more apt, Mud Turtle, as a fitting mascot.

Took the required training course March 8
Placed the newspaper notice March 12
Got references
Turned in all paperwork, paid my fees to Prothonotary April 15
Got the license today, October 13

Thanks to all of you for holding my hand through this process and now be prepared for my hand wringing posts as I adjust to life as a concealed carrier.

My wife's application went in May 5th. Glad to hear her wait may be (almost) over.
