Beretta Px4 Subcompact

Is anyone carrying this weapon or familiar with it? I'm looking to upgrade from my LCR and the Px4 and the Taurus Slim are my two leading choices. Any thoughts?

Sorry no experience with any of them. I have been carrying a M&P 9c and have been pretty happy with it.
