Oh wow. I had no idea having a pocketknife was illegal.

I know I shouldn’t be trying to make sense of government/laws, but they’ve deemed that I am capable of carrying a concealed firearm on my person, yet I can’t have a little pocketknife on me?

Technically my PA CC permit states for firearms. My Delaware CC permit says for deadly weapons. In a court of law not sure how that would play out.

Your Delaware CCW License covers you for knife in Delaware.  I think Delaware considers a folding knife with a blade over 4” to be a concealed weapon or a “ dangerous instrument”.   

Other states are different and of course municipal and counties. 

I remember that although Arizona always has been an open carry state for guns, years ago even open carry of any knife was a felony.
