In NCC and looking for CCWL guidance
« on: July 09, 2024, 04:32:54 PM »
Hello!

I'm looking into getting a CCWL. I had a misdemeanor marijuana possession charge over 20+ years ago that was dropped after completing a drug diversion program. I then had it expunged 10 years ago.

Will this show up on the background check and prevent me for acquiring the license? Should I mention any of this on the application or say nothing about it?

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Just Bill
