Federal Judge strikes down Illinois weapons ban

What a huge win for gun rights. I'm hoping for the same outcome in Delaware.

Not till SCOTUS says so and there's still very little hope for the state as they follow the lead from other anti-2A states

I'm sure the next session will be filled with copycat laws already implemented in CA

Ill. AG says they will appeal, so not over yet.  But a step forward.

Of course like always stayed pending appeal.   I?ll believe it when they start selling these firearms and magazines again.   but still good news.
